Volunteer
Scrip Coordinator
This person will educate the parents about the various forms of scrip. They will be responsible for collecting all the monthly Great Lakes Scrip orders and being sure that the scrip gets handed out to purchasers. This person will work under the general direction of the Treasurer.

Play-a-Thon Coordinator
This person will be responsible for coordinating the Play-a-Thon. This event is a one-day event that includes a community concert.
This person is responsible for coordinating the pancake breakfast usually held at a local restaurant in December.

Cookie Dough and Butterbraids Coordinator
This person will be responsible for coordinating the students' sale of frozen Butterbraids and cookie dough, to help raise money for the student's personal account.
Chaperones and volunteers are needed for various band activities throughout the year. Opportunities are available to drive students to and from events, chaperone on overnight trips, assist with loading/unloading or transporting equipment, assist with food preparation, assist with uniform fitting, altering, or cleaning, and so much more! Volunteering is a great way to meet the people who play a big role in your student's high school experience.
If you are interested in finding out about volunteer opportunities, please contact Liz Ramaley, LCHS BBC President, for more information; and fill out and submit the volunteer forms below if you are interested in joining the team. Come to the monthly band booster meetings, held the 2nd Wednesday of every month in the Band Room at 7:00pm, to be informed of all volunteer opportunities and band activities.
