The Jazz ensemble, one of our popular groups, plays a variety of jazz styles. The jazz ensemble will perform on-campus concerts and at off-campus events around the community. Jazz Band is offered all year during zero period as a regular credited class. The Jazz band consist of about 20 musicians and is by audition only. There are approximately three competitions including the Reno Jazz Festival which is an overnighter.
