We meet at LCHS around 1:00pm to load our trailers with all the necessary gear, equipment, uniforms and instruments, required to pull off a Band Review performance. After the trailers are loaded, we depart for the venue location and unload. Following our field show performance that evening, we load it all up again, head home and unload.
Band Review Pit Crew

11/15 - Lincoln at Stockton HS
If you have a band T-shirt, please wear it to the band review. Pit Crew volunteers will be needed to help the pit musicians move their large instruments (marimba, keyboard, podiums, etc.) from the trailer, to the stadium for the review and back to the trailer after the review. Most of the equipment has wheels.

Pit Crew volunteers will be needed to help the pit musicians move their large instruments (marimba, keyboard, podiums, etc.) on and off the football field for the halftime show and back to the trailer after the game. Most of the equipment has wheels.
Halftime: meet near the band 5 minutes before halftime where you'll receive your assigned equipment from Russ Hoppner (black "Pit Boss" hat) to move onto the football field.
After game: meet near the band after the game where you'll receive your assigned equipment from Russ Hoppner (black "Pit Boss" hat) to move back to the trailer.
